I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Sydney)
Interview
The interview process was very time-consuming and ultimately not insightful. It involved multiple rounds that felt repetitive and poorly coordinated, with little clarity on expectations or how candidates were being assessed. The questions lacked depth and didn’t provide a meaningful opportunity to showcase relevant skills or experience. Overall, it felt inefficient and left me with more confusion than confidence about the role or the organization.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was about 30 minutes. I liked the fact you could schedule a date and time in advance. I didn't like the fact there was only limited availability which caused me to have to readjust prior commitments. That was my first red flag.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stryker (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
Typical interview process, 2 over the phone, 3 in person, 1 gallup interview. Overall, the interviews went well and the questions were pretty straight forward. The gallup one is administered by a 3rd party were they ask you 60 questions in 30 min. They interviewer can not explain any of the questions if you do not understand.
