I had 2 interviews for a role recently. I was asked to communicate my skills clearly using the STAR format. I prepared structured responses, practiced beforehand, and felt confident during both interviews, which were brief and straightforward. Despite the smooth process, I didn’t receive any follow-up communication, which was disappointing but taught me to focus on what I can control and keep improving my responses
