Stryker Manager interview questions

Very long process, still in progress, from June. Probably holiday's season influenced a lot Feedback provided Gallup screening Standard interview with potential managers Not enough information provided for the job, didn t sell the job properly, I am not convinced this is the right choice

A controlled and one-sided hiring process, you really can’t take it too seriously. A recruiter reached out to me, and received a response back several weeks after my initial reply. The recruiter was nice enough when we spoke, and got me in touch with the hiring manager fairly quickly, whom during our discussion mentioned there were several qualified candidates, yet hadn’t been able to find a perfect fit. I was eventually asked to schedule time for a personality test with a Gallup interviewer. The interviewer seemed a bit ‘green’ to me, wasn’t sure what to make of it. I never heard anything beyond that despite my attempted followup. You are asked many questions to ensure you fit into Stryker’s culture throughout the process. Your know-how and your understanding of the role along with its expectations appeared to be a secondary concern. Although the culture at any company is very important, looking for that cookie cutter employee, for lack of a better term, loses sight of some key and relevant values in today’s workplace.
