Stryker Senior Purchasing Analyst interview questions

Consisted of a basic phone interview with a focus on situational outcome/ response questions. I had to reschedule initially due to a work conflict and the individual that was contacting me made it particularly difficult to reschedule and was not contacted on the day of our second rescheduled timeslot. I was getting a degree of runaround but I still wanted to explore options with the company and the role was similar in many of the job aspects I have dealt with in the past. About 10 minutes into the call I was told that there were going to be some scenario questions that needed immediate responses and that the clock was ticking- basically, I was being rushed through the remaining duration of the call. I have had interviews with a wide range of companies and individuals but have never had an experience like that. Still, I am glad I went through the motions to mock interview and get a sense of the corporate culture.
