Stryker Unit Manager interview questions

Initial phone interview with corporate recruiter - quick and easy, basic interview questions on why I was looking, general experience. 2nd Interview with the hiring manager - heavy emphasis on process improvement, cost savings initiatives. I liked the hiring manager and felt the conversation when well. (about 1 hour) Gallup Interview - I was told the interview would last an hour and turned out to last 2.15. Received a phone call from the corporate recruiter 2 days later saying they were moving forward with other candidates. Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I appreciated the pace at which this company moved.
