3. Go to in person interview. I had applied in the summer after finishing my Master's, so schools were not in session. I went to the Network Offices, and was with a group of other people applying for the same job. They modeled a lesson, and then we each taught the same lesson. We took an assessment similar to what the students would take for ELA. There was a 1 on 1 interview at the end. I found out that I received the job 2 days later.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
