1. Send in application. 2. Phone Interview 3. In person Interview- This took place at one of Success Academy's schools. There I did a brief lesson in front of a class of students. After the lesson I had to provide my own feedback where I told the interviewers the pros and cons of my lesson. Afterwards they proceeded with regular interview questions. 4. 2 days later I got a call saying I received the job. 5. About a month later I had a video chat scheduled with the principal of the school I would be placed in.
