The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY)
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and after I replied, I scheduled an on-demand video interview (questions are given on screen and you record yourself answering). After that, I attended an in-person group interview. We all gathered, watched some videos about Success and split into groups to discus video and learn a skill. One-on-one interviews and a writing sample followed. It all felt very corporate; everything feels sterile and strictly structured. The process was a bit degrading (everyone hears your feedback in the group portion), and while there is racial diversity, candidates and interviewers felt firmly middle class (or above).

Interview
Recruiter contacted me frequently and set up a time to have a virtual interview. During that time everyone in the meeting seemed very nice and asked questions about my background in education and working with children.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter which lasted an hour. I had to prepare a 20 minute lesson and submit a lesson plan on anything I wanted. I didn't teach the lesson, I just had to talk through and review it with them.
