I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Had a conversation with the recruiters, which led to me sending my resume and taking some online tests (mostly regrading the interpretation of a poem). Thereafter, was invited to an in-person interview. It was a full-day process. The first half of the day was a group interview where they give you a run-down of what SA is like and you and your group do some role-playing, specifically on classroom management (they are big on this). The second half of the day are one on one interviews, and these will be you and one of the recruiters asking general interview questions like why SA? The process did not take too long.

Question 1
I don't remember much, but some are like: why SA? What makes you want to teach low-income students? Why teaching? Tell me about a time you received constructive feedback, etc.

Interview
The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Question 1
There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
