Suffolk Construction Project Engineer interview questions

I was first called by HR for a brief phone screening, which went really well. She had answers to all of my questions and really made me want to be a part of the company. Following that, I was set up for a Microsoft Teams meeting with the Director of the Career Start Program and had as great an experience as the first. I was flown out to West Palm Beach where they hosted about a half day of getting to know the company with three 30-minute interviews scheduled in there. Every interview felt like an authentic conversation and the employees interviewing me were part of the construction team and not just hiring managers. Everyone from start to finish seemed to believe in the company and it was a great experience.

Easy and straight forward. They basically want to know that you are a hard worker, they are not necessarily looking to see that you have construction management skills. The team likes to see that you will do what it takes to get the job done
