Sunbit Collections Representative interview questions

I went to my interview and I interviewed with ...., and from the moment she walked in, she did not seem happy. She didn’t even look at me when asking me questions or to hear my responses. I have tons of experience in collections so I’m not sure why I wasn’t hired. I feel like I was interview unfairly, and definitely a conflict of interest. A friend of mine referred me to work at Sunbit and I’ve only heard good things about this company. I was being asked personal questions that I do not feel was relevant to the interview. My feeling were crushed by the decision that was made not to hire me, being that I feel like me not being hired had nothing to do with my interview or qualifications. I was interview by someone who’s only been working there for 11 months , and know nothing about the collections department. I was told by ...... collectors get bonuses which they do not. All I wanted was a fair interview. I hope in the future they have someone interviewing that does not discriminate others by appearance. I look forward to interviewing again when I am able to.
