Interviewed with members of the Sales and Executive staff.
Informal structure, informational interview.
The culture is very Chinese. If you are Chinese this would be an asset, as there could be cultural or linguistic barriers or challenges in marketing yourself within the company. That being said, the folks I know there seem to conduct themselves with integrity, if not a lot of transparency.
You must be able to sell yourself and be very persistent.

They have an account manager to contact me for an on site interview about a few days I submitted my resume on their official website. I admit that my performance the day of the interview was not good, but the person I had interviewed with I got intimidated. The whole process was just 15 mins and I got out.
