Interview
I had a 1-on-1 interview with a team member. The interview was relatively short and focused mainly on my background, basic Linux/system operation knowledge, and Git-related experience. The interviewer also explained some role expectations, including relocation to San Jose and occasional business travel. Overall, the process felt straightforward and conversational.

Interview
The HR representative is irresponsible, and the process was vague. Seems like they do not have exact applicant tracking system. I was ghosted without any explanation. They will reply on your email sometimes.

Attention international students seeking H-1B sponsorship: Avoid this company. They changed their policy this year and no longer offer H-1B sponsorship. Don’t waste your time. I went through all four rounds of interviews, and just when it was time to discuss the offer, I was informed that they couldn't proceed because they no longer sponsor H-1B visas. Very disappointing tbh.
