Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Supermicro) Program Manager interview questions

I got the phone call from the the Operation Department to ask some of my information, including my career interest, my working visa status, my past working experience. Then I got the onsite interview three days later. On Site Interview: There are two interviewer holding the interview. The first one is the team leader. He ask me some question about my knowledge about program manager and past working experience related to the program manager field. Thereafter, he ask about my career path interest. I was a engineering background person. and whether do I like the program manager job. The Second one is the Operation Department leader, he just come here for chatting. He asked me to do the self introduction. After that, we are discuss on how long I can work on this job. Will I stable on this position or apt to change the job very soon. We also talked about the visa issue and the H1b and green card status.
