I found the interview process incredibly seamless and efficient while posing positively challenging questions. I was impressed with how well the recruitment team prepared me for my interviews, and their helpfulness and quick communication made the entire process a breeze. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.

The interview process for this position consisted of 6 steps (CS Skills Test, Interview with Recruiter, Interview with Manager, Customer Relations and Problem-Solving Interview, Career and Working History Interview and the last step was References) and took around a month from the first email inviting me to complete the test up to the email with the offer. All interviews were lead by different people which gave me a great insight into the company culture and everyone left a great impression on me; it was really nice to have an opportunity to meet so many people before even joining the company. When accepting the offer, I felt confident that the company and team I'm joining are a great fit for me. Most of the interviews were competency based and focused on my career history and professional goals for the future. It was great to hear about development opportunities as several people shared their career stories at Grammarly and in general it felt like the company truly cares about finding out what you want to do in the future and giving you the opportunity to reach your goals. Overall, I was provided with all the information I needed during the interviews and didn't even need to ask many questions as most of them were already covered. I was also getting frequent updates from the recruiting team via email/phone which was great. The only thing that could be improved is some questions were being repeated during different interviews.
