Interviewing with Grammarly was a very positive experience, it was the most organized process I have ever been through, with clear communication from the recruitment team throughout. The process consisted of a screening call with a recruiter, a call with the hiring manager, a mock discovery, and a call with the director, followed by a reference check. Everyone was friendly, professional, and timely throughout.

From the beginning, the business recruiter I worked with was super helpful in setting concrete expectations and next steps at every stage of the process. In total, it was an initial screening, a meeting with the hiring manager, a mock disco, and a meeting with the GM. You can tell in every single stage the intention of each step and how it would relay to your day-to-day in the role, which is incredible.
