Interview
Normal process. Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Peer Interviews and then a final presentation skit. You will need to be a complete expert in their platform as they have very high expectations of the presentation demo. Even though I was sure to address the points of the presentation, they felt that I didn't so oh well, ChatGPT is already replacing their platform by leaps and bounds so probably not a good long term opp anyway. This was my backup option in case my other job offer fell through. I know there was a recent layoff so be advised. Don't spend too much time here, it was 3 weeks of interviews which took way too long.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough. You start with an HR screening, then a hiring manager interview, followed by two peer interviews, a presentation, and finally an interview with the Head of Sales Engineering.
This felt like a lot but Superhuman acknowledged that they asked a lot during the process and honored the effort that I put in. In my opinion, it showed that they really care about who they bring on.
Very well communicated and informed by the entire hiring team and recruiter. 5–6 rounds with the recruiter and the team, including a final-round presentation and live demo. The process was thorough, structured, and the team was transparent about timelines and next steps throughout. Overall a very professional experience.

Interview
It was an amazing yet thorough Interview Process, with different levels of interviewing, and different roles. People are incredible and very professional. I recommend going through an interview process at Grammarly 100%.
