Very disappointing experience-5 rounds of interview with HR , Local Director, two team members and Director in US. And no offer. I would prefer to know I was not wanted at earlier stage. These people should be more respectful to applicants' time.

Interview
Recruiter kept me updated and process was fast and smooth. Set proper expectations. Overall experience was efficient and friendly. At the end, I got a tour of HQ, which seems like a pleasant place to work. Although I didn't get an offer, I got a positive experience of the company.

1st phone interview from recruiter, 2nd phone interview from the hiring manager. Got invited to onsite in the same week. Then didn't hear back from them until 3 weeks later to discuss about offer.
