Interview
Went through discovery day program which had OA (basic finance/statistics questions) then interview with HR. After discovery day had one interview with an analyst and then superday consisting of 4 interviews with probability, typical market talk, and pitches.
Market questions, why SIG, a lot of prob and stats questions, definitely a lot more about how you think about certain events from a game theory perspective, but a relatively straight forward process

Three rounds - online assessment, two interviews. Online assessment is all probability questions. Interviews are one personal with probability, one with technicals including market knowledge and some brain teasers. Good company
