I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Lot of math/probability and brain teasers. Not too surprising. I had a campus interview followed by phone interview followed by on-site. Naturally, they pay for travel and food. They focus on poker as a learning tool, which is pretty cooll.

Question 1
They asked a few times about what companies I had applied to and if I had any outstanding offers.
I applied online. I was then given a 20 minute test, which I completed. However, I did not receive an answer. The test was easy and the questions were probability and statistics
The first stage was a numerical assessment, then followed by two telephone interviews, one 30 mins the other 1 hr long and then the final round was a video interview that was 2 hours long with two of their traders.
