I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group
Interview
Gave my resume at a college fair and was contacted by the recruiter to schedule a first round. The half-hour phone screen consisted only of two questions: a probability one and a brain teaser. I would highly recommend brushing up on any probability classes you might've taken and to get ready mentally for a problem-solving interview. I didn't and it showed.

Question 1
Probability that a group of people sitting in a round table happen to sit in ascending/descending order of age.
I applied online. I was then given a 20 minute test, which I completed. However, I did not receive an answer. The test was easy and the questions were probability and statistics
The first stage was a numerical assessment, then followed by two telephone interviews, one 30 mins the other 1 hr long and then the final round was a video interview that was 2 hours long with two of their traders.
