I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2016
Interview
2 rounds of phone calls, both on basic probability and logical reasoning. Did not make it to 3rd round. The interview was conducted by traders, simple probability required in first round, examples of which are already available on glassdoor. Second round is a bit more applied, requiring knowledge of Bayes rule.

Question 1
Value of an option for a piece of land that could potentially have oil
I applied online. I was then given a 20 minute test, which I completed. However, I did not receive an answer. The test was easy and the questions were probability and statistics
The first stage was a numerical assessment, then followed by two telephone interviews, one 30 mins the other 1 hr long and then the final round was a video interview that was 2 hours long with two of their traders.
