I interviewed with 10 people and got a tour of the building. You did the interview in sections with about 4 people each time. They ask you a lot of questions on your resume first, and then they dig into more harder questions like asking about Excel/software knowledge. They also ask if you know anything previously about the stock market/trading industry.
