It started off as a phone screen. Had the phone screen been successful, I would have moved on to 2 more interviews afterwards. I did the phone screen, and about a week later, I got a notice of rejection in my email.

Interview
The interview was quite pleasant. There were some STAR questions but those are easy to handle. It focused much on what skill and knowledge you have that are related to the job. Therefore, having some kind of background knowledge or experience similar to the tasks of system admin is a big plus

Interview
Once I got the email, I had 3 phone interviews about 30 minutes a piece over the course of a week. Onsite interview with 5 people, one on one, which took about 3.5 hours. Very thorough interview process. Was asked regular interview questions along with technical questions.
