I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Sydney) in May 2012
Interview
The 1st round phone interview consisted of basic behavioural questions about your interests and why you wanted to be a trader. There were also a few basic probability questions.
2nd round was a technical interview at their office with two traders. They asked questions like how you'd distribute your bets in a game of roulette, and how much of your wealth you'd bet with particular odds and a particular probability of success.
