I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group
Interview
First, you are placed in an interview room by yourself and given a brain teaser that you are given 30 min to solve. There typically is no correct answer but it is meant to show your thinking process. Then you visit the desks of two different Operations Analysts for 30 minutes each where they explain what they do and ask the basic interview questions (e.i. Why SIG, what skills do you have) but it is mainly conversational Lastly, you meet with one or two, Operations executives where you go over the brain teaser and are asked formal but standard interview questions, especially about what the business does.

Had the phone call interview with recruiter after applying, no Online Assessment. interview with behavioral questions about what makes you a good fit for the company and deep dive on resume
I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
A lot of analytical questioning besides the basic behavioral ones. Some quick brain teasers at the end that make you think about your decision making skills. Overall shouldn’t be too bad.
It was pretty on brand from what I saw in the reviews beforehand. They shoot out a couple of questions about probability and then send you on your way. I felt it was overall pretty basic.
