Interview
There was a phone interview with HR first. Even though it was with HR it was still based around mathematics and problem solving questions. Mostly probability questions and logic problems.
Then there were 2 subsequent onsite interviews with traders. Each of them again concentrating on problem solving skills through mathematics and probability questions. There was also some questions on games and game theory type problems.

Question 1
Every morning, Mike the security guard at CP high school opens all 1000 doors in the building. Let's assume the doors are numbered 1-1000. The next security guard closes all even numbered doors. The third security guard touches all doors that are multiples of 3. If a door is open, he'll close it and vice versa. The fourth guard changes the position of every fourth door (if it's open he'll close it etc.,) and the fifth guard changes the position of every fifth door and so on, until the 1000th guard changes only door 1000.
HOW MANY DOORS ARE LEFT OPEN IN THE END?
You are sitting in a room and all you have is a phone. Your job is to make markets on populations of world countries but you have no additional resources at your disposal. The phone rings and someone asks for a market on the population of Zambia. What do you do?

4- head of operation - heavy operational stuffs
Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions

Interview
Phone Call with Australia office HR (General motivational question) for screening purposes. Once you get through this round, interview with US HR(Motivational + Technical). The questions that I got for the technical interview can all be found on glassdoor.
