I was a referral. Invited down to Philadelphia area. The firm took up three floors of a wide, 10-floor building. I met with HR and a trading room manager. I had the impression that the interview was different from the graduate interviews. They were looking to fill a role quickly. It wasn’t about teaser questions - it was more like “can you just give us what we need?”

Interview
Aggressive behavioral and technical. Options trading question about different probabilities. Very aggressive technical with follow ups. Three Technical Questions and then follow ups if necessary. Follow up on behaviorals as well so be prepared and do not lie
Start with a math quiz ish thing, an hour long I believe . No idea what the percentage requirement is, you don’t get to see outcome. Then a 30-45 interview with a behaviour then some probability question. Followed by another technical interview. Still in the process

received OA (all math and logic puzzles) -> invite to interview through mail -> recruiter call with behavioral + 2 EV questions. communication is important, but interviewer was nice and helps if you struggle
