Received the auto-sent OA, I think resume screening is coming after that. haven't finish the OA right now, no ideal what would be on that or whether will receive interview.

Multiple rounds: online logic/math test → phone screen with probability and game questions → technical or trader interview with mental math, EV problems, and strategy discussion → final on-site superday with rapid-fire trading games and culture fit chat.

Online assessment, then hr interview, then trader call. HR interview is also mostly about math questions. All questions leans heavily towards probability and statistics. Bayes formula is a favourite. Trader call is more diverse, with regression problems, logic problems, probability problems discussed.
