Initia phone interview with HR. Get every question right or won't get call back. Pitch stock, and probability questions (all of which have been mentioned on here before). Also started off with very brief behavioral/fit stuff..why SIG, why this role, etc. Also want to make sure you have an interest in poker.

Make you complete a test which didn't have a single question remotely close to equity research. Interview wasn't difficult but only contained 1 equity research related question out of the dozen asked. Don't know what they're looking for but I guess its someone who knows just about nothing about the they job applied for.
It was a phone screen with HR (part behavioral, part probability questions), a take-home assignment (modeling and writing), and then a Super-Day with a handful of people: a couple of associate, a couple of Analysts, DoR, Strategist
