Phone: Brief discussion of my technical past, some basic questions about OO principles. Very general, always done by the head of recruitment.
Office 1: Lot of discussion of your technical past, your projects, past work experience and then two whiteboard questions described below.
Office 2: Final Interview stage, minor discussion of your work experience once more, some minor other things from your CV and then most of the interview on two whiteboard questions again.
