Simple and it is a cake walk, if you have a good command over language then you can easily crack interview. The entire process was for 10-15 minutes and a high school student can clear the interview.

the interview process is too lengthy and I have got selected after giving 3 times.one of the time they rejected me to attend the interview because of wearing jeans.there is aptitude test, language and typing skills is also main part for the selection.
