Interview
An initial interview conducted by a member of the recruitment team, usually 30 minutes in length.
An online assessment is conducted with a typing test follows to determine attention to detail with a recorded message.
Followed by an over the phone assessment called "berlitz" where you'll be talking to a Sutherland employee in either the US or Canada to determine your English comprehension, are you understandable, grammatically adept, etc.
If all goes well, you are to ve endorsed for a final interview. Usually conducted by the business Director, Account Manager or Senior Team Manager to determine your program fit.
