Sutherland Research Analyst interview questions

Very good interaction with HR and director of the team. Very good in hearing our side as well. Asked questions to understand my background and knowledge. HR was very interacted. Had 3 rounds. 2 were 1:1 and last was the client round. Clients were also interactive and was trying to understand my side as well.

Technical test was conducted before the interview...medium to tough difficulty level of questions covering valuation, M&A, etc...in the interview hte questions were based on concepts of finance, not too hard, some application based questions
