Interview
Typical interview questions, small dosage and syringe exam. Not very stressful at all depending on which specialty you apply with. If you know what you are doing in your scope of practice, then you have nothing to worry about.
It was about a couple of weeks, before you even get an answer. They dont even give you a reason on why they decline your application. They dont bother to get back to you either

Panel interview that included 6 people. They all take turns asking you questions and they reword some of the same questions to see how you would answer. Overall a good interview process
Very easy going, manager was presentable and asking easy to answer questions! Typically the manager and a few medical assistants will lead the inter view! ended interview with walk around the department
