The interview started with the hiring manager and she has a good way of interviewing and I found her to be really professional and kind. She asked basic questions about what my experience was, what types of patients I have experience working with etc and then other basic ones. Midway through the interview a social worker joined to ask more clinical based questions and only asked 'share an example of when a patient was not meeting treatment goals, what did you do' I shared my response and she followed up with a really rude tone ' but what did you do ?' even though I had just shared. I shared more and I guess she didn't like my response. haha ! Either way I found her way of interviewing and vibe really off putting and it was a bit of a red flag for me. Who knows maybe she was having a bad day?? but the hiring manager really direct, kind and professional.

Interview
Online interview, for a hybrid job, the social worker was quite rude and had an attitude, not sure why, definitely was not necessary. Overall they asked 10 questions at first they are general one like my experience, speciality, why I want to work there and then they went to more clinical questions like tell us about a time treatment did not go as planned
