Sutter Health Manager interview questions

Consisted of phone interview with recruitment manager, interview with hiring manager, and several panels. The recruitment manager was very thorough, asked very thoughtful questions, and accurately represented the organization, culture, and challenges of the role. Panel process was not very appealing-too many people that didn't seem completely engaged. Interviewing should marketing on both sides.
