Sutter Health New Grad RN interview questions

The interview was very difficult to my other experiences. The questions that were asked seemed to be more geared toward an experienced nurse rather than a new grad. I've heard other new grad programs ask more behavioral situations

I was interviewed in-person with a panel of unit managers and was asked a mix of behavioral and clinical scenario questions. I received a call with an offer two weeks later.
