Interview
I had to do an online assessment, got hired as seasonal staff then got hired as part time staff. It was very straight forward, after doing the online assessment you were called in for a group interview. In that group interview you were asked questions about yourself, and what do you know about Swarovski? as well as they asked select your favorite piece from the store and explain why you would pick this piece.

Interview
We met at the shop and went to the sitting area, where we conducted the interview in a friendly and open way. They do have to write your responses on a clip board so that is a bit intimidating.
Super easy, just sat in the food court and talked about some experiences and scenarios that I would encounter on the job. Heard back within a few days. Very laid back and nice.

Very casual, asked me about my prior experience in retail and customer service. The manager asked me what are the differences between a feature and benefit of a piece of jewellery and to give an example.
