straight forward, asked to describe myself and situational questions, it was not too long around 30 minutes or so. There were 2 interviews in total with the manager and keyholders.

Interview
We met at the shop and went to the sitting area, where we conducted the interview in a friendly and open way. They do have to write your responses on a clip board so that is a bit intimidating.
Super easy, just sat in the food court and talked about some experiences and scenarios that I would encounter on the job. Heard back within a few days. Very laid back and nice.

Very casual, asked me about my prior experience in retail and customer service. The manager asked me what are the differences between a feature and benefit of a piece of jewellery and to give an example.
