Handed in an application form to a store, I wasn't invited to an interview; however I was put on in a "talent database" so other stores could see my application.
I got invited to an interview in another store, where typical interview question were asked such as:
what do you know about the company?
Tell us about yourself?
Name a time when you've had to deal with a difficult customer.
There was also some senario questions where you had to suggest products for specific customer groups.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Swarovski (Manchester, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was referred by a friend. They were very friendly, assistant manager was taking notes and her and the manager took turns in asking me questions. Simple questions, then told me to sell a collection to them in a roleplay scenario. Then asked some admin questions, as expected.
