I was interviewed by the boutique manager and she looked like it was her first time interviewing someone, which , I came to know later, actually wasn't. I had to come out with my own description at some point. Later I came to know that although she was abd currently is the boutique manager she really isn't fit for the job.

I was referred by a friend. They were very friendly, assistant manager was taking notes and her and the manager took turns in asking me questions. Simple questions, then told me to sell a collection to them in a roleplay scenario. Then asked some admin questions, as expected.
