Interview
I applied online, and about a week later, I received a phone interview. They asked me about my experience in the music industry, asked about how I dealt with angry clients, and other general job interview questions. A few days later, they notified me that they would fly me out for testing and a lunch interview.
The day started off with some testing, both general knowledge and music terminology. Afterwards, I received a tour of the facility, and shadowed with someone to get a feel of what the job would be like. We finished the day off with lunch, and during that time they asked me some more interview questions.

In a previous job, what was the most stressful thing you had to deal with?
The interview process was fairly straight forward. After submitting my application I first spoke with someone further about the position and they then passed me onto people in the department I had applied to.

Very thorough interview process, covered all of the basis of why you want to work at Sweetwater. You can tell they really want people to be passionate about what you do at the company.
