I interviewed 2 times with Switch. Both times the interviewers were polite and cordial. They ask tough questions relatable to the job and your personality. The interview took about 45 minutes both times. They do go in depth on the technical side.

Everything is very structured, These guys only want the BEST in the industry. If you don't KNOW your stuff, don't bother applying. They also want to know a lot about your past experience and ability to troubleshoot problems. They also want to understand your work ethic, as they expect you to work over 8 almost every day without expecting compensation. NOTE, you will be compensated for your time, but you shouldn't EXPECT it.
