Pretty nice experience with HR and managers. They welcome you and ask you a couple of job related questions and also ask you about your plan for 5 years. The whole atmosphere is friendly. It is not difficult at all. You just relax and answer their questions honestly and naturally. BTW, they are very concerned about your past expereince so make sure you tell them more about job related expereinces.
