The craziest interview process of my life. This was through one of their smaller companies, Barnes Life Solutions. I was supposed to do a fifteen-minute phone screening that turned into 45 minutes of my interviewer telling me how great his friend who runs the company is. When I asked about producing leads he cut me off to tell me that if I couldn't handle it I needed to "starve somewhere else." After I had calmed him down he said "Next question" immediately changing directions. Again, this was supposed to be a 15-minute screening, right? No, at the end of him telling me more about how great they are (asking me nothing about my experience or career-related topics at all) he then asks me to make an email so I can receive my onboarding information. An unprofessional mess.

Pretty easy interview process, is a very independent and relaxed job. Very much a 1099 position. Can sometimes give off mlm vibes. The interview was overall pretty seamless though, some interviewers did cohorts or group interviews.
