I applied online in December after that I received online assessment. Two days later I received email to schedule a phone interview. By the end of the phone interview the interviewer told we don’t have availability now for insite interview but keep looking at joinsyf.com and when we open for insite interview please schedule. They open for inside interview in April. I interviewed by two ladies one is a team manager. and the other one was a collection agent. The interviewers were so friendly. The interviewer was reading prepared questions from advance. They said you will receive from our HR a call within two days but I have not received any calls for more than two weeks.

1- tell us what you know about Synchrony?
2-tell us about a situation you had to deal with angry customer and how you handled it and what was the outcome? ( they asked this question two times in different ways)
3-they asked about what emails providers I have experience with using them?
4-how many screens did you had on your previous job computer?
5- Did you have in any of your previous jobs experience with collections?
6- tell us a situation you inspired your team members?
7- Have you ever in your previous the job they asked you to do extra work than normal? And what did you do?
After completing the application and playing their games to test memory and attention, I was able to schedule the 20-30 minute phone interview. She was extremely monotone and it felt as if I was talking to a robot. It was clear shes read this script several times. Described the position, easy yes or no questions, and then maybe around 5 open ended questions. It feels their standards are super high.

Long,prolonged process 3 interviews. I can tell interviewer did not want to hire regardless of my experience me seems like another woke company only looking to hire certain individuals waste of time

Easy Interview process from Initial to final interview. Just prepare and be yourself at all times and make sure to check your emails or follow up with HR as much as possible. The starting date takes a lot of time since most of the accounts will start from June onwards.
