Panel Interview. Absolutely way too intimidating for good talent that may not do well in that type of setting. Interviews are stressful enough. Sitting across from three different people that are asking multiple questions and then letting you sit there while they type on their computers in awkward silence is absolutely horrifying. This process was absolutely terrible. Especially for the role and the pay. Hopefully they ban this process soon and go back to doing one on ones or two people Max.
