Applied through the UIUC job board and was invited for a first round of interview (behavioral). After that I was invited for a second round of interview (technical). A few weeks later I was given an offer.

I had to give a 15-minute presentation on a technical topic of my choice in an easy-to-understand manner, so that someone with no prior knowledge of the subject could comprehend it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Synchrony (Champaign, IL)
Interview
Most behavioral and very relaxed, there is a review of your resume, relevant technical skills, and requirements. Other questions are behavioral. Interview is scheduled on Zoom on a first come, first serve basis with one interviewer.
