applied for this position with them back in august and was able to make the interview due to the fact due to personal issues. i ended up canceling the on site interview. so in January u filled out another application since i was flying into phoenix from san diego to due a few interviews. it sent me a email from me to confirm the on-site interview time so i did. I also asked me to to complete and application and bring it in. i wouldn't let me print it out but i know i remember completing a back ground check as well as the application so it wouldn't allow me to do anything. So i flew out there and got there at my regular appointment time at 10 am. I sat in the lobby for over a hour and then a somebody finally came out and met with me. She told me she couldn't find my application and that i needed to fill out an application and bring it in or they will print it for you there. I told her it wouldn't let me do anything, she told me i can interview with out it. I explain to her i flew out for this interview and that im not going to be able to come back the next day or anything like that. She told me to call the help desk and they will help me out. After that she told me she'll hopefully see me again. As soon as i left i called the help desk and she told me that since i have already completing an application back in october of 2015 that i can reapply for a position with them for 6 months. if that was the case it should of told me that and not send me an email for me to pick and interview and to print out the application or anything, The hiring should of caught and called me. Regardless if i was local or not it should of been a phone made if there was a mistake so no time would be wasted. Their hiring process is all messed and is really a waste of time. I wont be applying at this company again. i ended up getting a better job somewhere else in phoenix so im happy. BEWARE!!!!

Interview process was easy with basic customer service questions. Early interactions suggested a friendly culture, but extended training exposed stricter expectations and a less supportive environment than originally presented. Straightforward customer service questions. The culture initially felt friendly, but the tone shifted during the long training period. Expectations became less clear, and the environment felt more pressured than advertised.
